Russian oligarchs as such -- regardless of whether they are on the run and sought on criminal charges pending at home or in self-exile -- are a dangerous liability, not an asset, to the overall well-being, image and future of both Russia and Britain. This threat obviously touches not only upon bilateral political relations but in the longer-term business and security interests as well.
