Is this how Putin resupplies his hybrid forces in eastern Ukraine? Video footage captured by a long-range drone of the OSCE international monitoring mission on 7 August shows convoys of trucks moving between Russia and Occupied Eastern Ukraine via dirt tracks and unmarked sections of the border. Moscow has repeatedly blocked efforts to expand OSCE monitoring of the border zone.
